Story So Far
After the Second
Pyramid War, 8670 B.C., a proposed marriage between Inanna,
Enlil's son's daughter and Enki's son Dumuzi, was meant to bring
the feuding Enki and Enlil lineages to peace.
Marduk foiled the Inanna-Dumuzi
marriage. Marduk had his sister Geshtinanna seduce Dumuzu.
Marduk planned to then accuse Dumuzi of rape. If Dumuzi were
regarded as a rapist, he would be forbidden from marrying Inanna.
Then Inanna would not gain a power base through marriage in the
Enkiite turf–Africa, Egypt, the Seas--that Marduk felt he would
rule.
To escape the men Marduk sent to capture
him, Dumuzi hid behind a waterfall but drown.
Narrative (Essay 28) Resumes
Dumuzi's brother Ninagal retrieved Dumuzi's body from Lake
Victoria. He
brought the body to their brother Nergal and his wife, Erishkigal
(Inanna's
sister) in South Africa. Inanna flew to her sister's place.
ERESHKIGAL KILLS SISTER
INANNA LEST SHE & NERGAL CREATE HEIR TO AFRICA
Ereshkigal believed Inanna pursued levirate, whereby a
man–usually his eldest brother, impregnates his dead brother's
wife. Inanna considered Marduk, of course, ineligible to marry
and impregnate her, since Marduk, Dumuzi’s firstborn brother
was, responsible for Dumuzi’s death. So she sought his next
oldest brother, Nergal.
Inanna thought she, as widow of
Nergal's brother Dumuzi, would still be able to rule in Africa.
If she invoked her right to levirate, she’d get Nergal to beget
a son with her. A son by levirate would inherit Dumuzi's realms
in northeast Africa. Inanna would usurp Ereshkigal’s and
Nergal’s power in Africa. "Of scheming an heir by Nergal,
Dumuzi's brother, Inanna was accused" [Sitchin,
Z.,1985, The Wars of Gods and Men, page 230; 2002, The
Lost Book of Enki, page 255].
And die Inanna did. But "from clay of the Abzu
[Africa] Enki two
emissaries
[robotic androids]
fashioned, beings without blood, by death rays
unharmed,
to lower Abzu he sent them, Inanna to bring back. Upon the
corpse
the clay emissaries a Pulser and an Emitter directed, then the
Water
of Life on her they sprinkled, in her mouth, the Plant of Life
they
placed. Then the dead Inanna arose"
[Sitchin, Z.,The Lost
Book of
Enki, 2002, page 255].
Inanna brought Dumuzi's body back to Mesopotamia and had
Dumuzi
mummified, to rise on a "Final Day" and rejoin her bodily. Sitchin
identifies Inanna's mummification of Dumuzi as both a way for
her to deal
with her grief at his death and also as part of a move by the Nibirans on
Earth
to preserve the myth of their immortality. Nibirans at
the time were actually just very long-living, compared to Earthlings; one
Earth year equals 3, 600 years on the homeplanet, Nibiru
[The Cosmic Code, pages 90, 96].
8670 B.C. THE SECOND
PYRAMID WAR; Inanna & Enlilites Defeat Enkiites, Trap Marduk in
Pyramid
Ninurta and the Enlilites
waited 300 years from when Seth and his people (Enkiites,
descendents of Noah's son Ham) occupied Canaan. The Enlil clan
warred to regain control of the Space facilities there.
Inanna, Enlil’s son’s daughter, joined the Enlilite attack on
Marduk's forces, in the Second Pyramid War
[Sitchin, Z.,
1985, The Wars of Gods and Men, pages 156-158]
“The Enlilites launched war
to control the space related [Marker]
peaks–Mount Moriah, The Harsag ( Mount St. Katherine) in the
Sinai and the artificial mount, the Ekur (The Great Pyramid) in
Egypt.” [Sitchin, Z., 1985, The Wars of
Gods and Men, page 158]
Ninurta, in a new jet with a
75-foot wingspan blasted Marduk’s stongholds “while Adad roamed
behind the enemy lines,” and destroyed the fish, cattle and food
of the Enkiites and their slave armies.
Marduk’s armies retreated
into the mountains but Inanna blasted them with “an explosive
beam that tore the enemy apart” and forced the Enkiites south.
Ninurta then led the Enlilite forces “in an attack on the
heartland of Nergal’s African domain and his temple-city Meslam.
They scorched the earth and made the rivers run red with the
blood of the innocent bystanders–the men women and children of
the Abzu. [Africa].” [Sitchin, Z., 1985,
The Wars of Gods and Men, page 159 - 163, based on Lugal-e
Ud Melam-bi in Geller, S., 1917 Altorientalische Texte
und Untersuchungen].
NINURTA SHOOTS
POISON MISSILES ON THE AFRICANS
Ninurta rained on the city
poison-bearing missiles. The poison by itself destroyed the
city. Those who survived the attack on the city fled to the
surrounding mountains. But Ninurta “with the Weapon that Smites
threw fire upon the mountains, smote down the people."
Inanna's brother Utu held
off the Igigi in Sinai.
ENKIITE GODS
RETREAT TO GIZA PYRAMID
After Ninurta killed the
Enkiites occupying Sinai, he attacked Marduk, whom he defeated
in Kur. But Marduk by his nonresistence tactics, escaped. He
retreated into the Great Pyramid at Giza, where Enki “raised up
a protective shield through which the death rays could not
penetrate”
[Sitchin, Z., 1985, The Wars of Gods and Men,
page 162].
Marduk's brother Nergal
“broke through Nergal’s lines and came to Marduk’s aid. Nergal
strenthened the pyramid’s defences “through ray-emitting
crystals positioned within.” But Marduk’s borther Ningishzidda
refused to defend him. Marduk's other brothers, Ninagal and
Gibil, his father Enki and Marduk's grandson Horon joined Marduk
in the pyramid.
The Enkiites made their stand
together in the Giza Pyramid.
Enlil’s grandson, Utu/Shamash cut off the water
source to the Enkiites in the Pyramid.
Horon tried to sneak out of
the Great Pyramid disguised as a ram, but “was struck by Ninurta’s Brilliant Weapon” and blinded. Enki radioed his
sister, Ninurta’s mother Ninmah/Ninharsag to save Horon. She
decided to stop the fight.
NINHARSAG CREATES
CEASE FIRE
Ninharsag lied
that King Anu–father of Enlil, Enki and herself, had told her to
create a cease fire and then a peace conference. Adad objected
and demanded the Enkiites surrender unconditionally, but Enlil
overrode him and told Ninharsag to bring his brother Enki and his clan
back to her palace, the Harsag, above the Sinai.
Ninharsag's son Ninurta
gave her a radiation suit and Enlil authorized her to escort
Enki, Marduk, Nergal, Ninigal and Gibil to a peace parley in her
palace. So with Enlil’s blessing and Ninurta’s practical
protection, she crossed the battle lines and told Enki that he
and his sons could surrender the Great Pyramid and exit unharmed
by the Enlilites.
Enki agreed to give up the pyramid on condition that the peace
treaty settle the territorial conflicts between his and Enlil’s
clan until “the destiny-determining time” (to which he alludes
in the prologue to this essay). Still, Enki distrusted the
Enlilites.
But “As Enki hesitated she said to him tenderly:
‘”Come, let me lead you out.’ And as he did, he gave her his
hand. She conducted him and the other defenders of the Great
Pyramid to the Harsag, her abode. [Sitchin, Z., 1985,
The Wars
of Gods and Men, pages 164 -172].
NIHARSAG NEGOTIATES HER SON
NINURTA TO SUCCEED TO EARTH'S RULE IN EXCHANGE FOR MARDUK'S LIFE
Ninharsag
told Enlil, Exile Marduk, replace him with our son Ninurta.
Ninurta, not Marduk shall you succeed. Enlil and Enki
accepted Ninharsag's proposal.
[Sitchin, Z.,The Lost
Book of Enki, 2002,
page 259].

Enki/Ea is the Nibiran who (4,000 years ago)
dictated his autobiography to his scribe,
Endubscar of Endu.
The Lost Book of Enki, Sitchin's
translation of Enki's tale (augmented a bit
by my imagination) is the source–with many
of Enki's slants--of most of the account you
read here. The Lost Book of Enki
itself is
historical fiction, wherein Sitchin has
woven information meticulously documented in
his Earth Chronicles.
